Peter Brown is a prominent regional business leader and the third generation of his family to head up the company. He will have completed 60 years’ service in 2025. Peter has led the company’s growth over the last half century and is behind major investments, including the move to new headquarters, expansion of warehousing facilities in Hessle and East Hull, and building joint ventures and international partnerships.
Colin Moody started his career at Neill & Brown in 1981 as an office junior following a two-year stint as a Hull City player. He was made managing director in 2013 with responsibility for developing services to offer customers a total logistics package around the globe. He ensures that the company exploits new opportunities while maintaining excellent service levels and a competitive edge.
Carl Andrew joined Neill & Brown as a school leaver in 1990 and was made Logistics Director in 2013. He has strategic input into the development of UK and European logistics and integrated supply chain services, enabling the company to meet and exceed the needs of customers in a challenging environment. He also ensures the smooth running of these essential daily services.
Paul Allon joined Neill & Brown as Finance Director in 2023. He has amassed wide experience in the manufacturing and construction sectors, where he led mergers and acquisitions and helped transform companies’ IT and HR functions. His expertise will contribute to further growth over the coming years.
Stuart Dean, Portable Movements Operations Director
Stuart Dean has worked for Neill & Brown for nearly two decades managing the Portable Movements department. He has a wealth of knowledge in European abnormal load distribution, including the export of mobile buildings and is responsible for maintaining the company’s leading reputation in this specialist area of logistics.
Dominic Yeardley joined Neill & Brown in 2023. With more than 30 years’ experience in UK & European logistics and haulage, he has a solid all-round knowledge of the industry. His role involves looking after customers and ensuring the highest levels of service, procuring new business, evaluating transport efficiency and helping optimise the operations side of the business.
