Led by our quality manager, the department’s mission is the continuous improvement of processes through innovation and introduction of new initiatives, along with regular audits, including of our KPIs which align with the strategic direction of the business and enable us to deliver top-notch services to our valued customers.
  • Industry standards. Adherence to industry standards is a given for us, such as BS-EN-ISO-9001:2015 accreditation for our commitment to international transportation, warehousing and distribution services, and the SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment System) which evaluates our quality, safety, security and environmental performance. We will always embrace current standards and legislation.
